Analyze data and financial reports to evaluate potential risks and make informed underwriting decisions. Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and timely underwriting process. Review and analyze insurance contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company guidelines and industry regulations. Communicate with clients and brokers to gather necessary information and provide recommendations for insurance coverage. Monitor market trends and changes in regulations to stay informed and make strategic underwriting decisions. Maintain accurate and organized records of underwriting activities and decisions. Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns from clients. Assist in developing and implementing underwriting guidelines and procedures. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the underwriting department. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and participate in training and professional development opportunities. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times. Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information. Represent AIG in a professional and positive manner at all times.
