As a Gen AI Technology Intern, you will gain hands-on experience and insurance industry knowledge while working on dynamic projects within the IT team. Responsibilities Assists senior architects in designing, documenting, and implementing technical solutions that align with business needs Developing and maintaining front-end user interfaces, back-end services, and API gateway components under the guidance of senior engineers in Angular, Java Spring boot and MuleSoft respectively leveraging AI based coding Assistance Developing and executing automated tests, analyzing results, and documenting defects to ensure products and processes meet established quality standards under the supervision of senior engineers using Gen AI based testing frameworks Configuring and maintaining development and testing environments, automates build and deployment processes Monitoring Assist systems, investigating and resolving application issues, and providing timely technical assistance to users, develop Observability dashboards leveraging Splunk and Gen AI solutions Skills Bachelor's degree, or candidate for Bachelor's degree with a minimum of a 3.4 GPA to be received no later than June 2027 in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or Cybersecurity (unofficial transcript required upon application) Candidates who have excelled in previous work experience Demonstrated outstanding academic and extracurricular achievement Possess strong analytical, quantitative and interpersonal skills Enthusiastic about the insurance industry A diverse background of experience, culture and thought Successful candidates typically have a global perspective and a team-oriented track record Benefits Volunteer Time Off Matching Grants Programs Total Rewards Program Company Overview AIG is a global insurance company providing insurance products to support clients in business and in life.
