Ibotta is a leading performance marketing platform seeking an Account Coordinator to join their innovative team. The role involves supporting account management activities, coordinating content creation, and interfacing with clients to promote major CPG brands in-app. Responsibilities Support Account Managers in onboarding new clients and maintaining existing accounts. Work directly with clients to collect assets, confirm timelines, receive launch approval, and answer ad hoc questions Internal coordination with our internal CampaignOps, Marketing, and Creative teams to build all in-app content and Advertising Products Support sales and account management activities including but not limited to working directly with brand partners, creating client facing materials (collateral), conducting performance analyses (recap shell), and helping drive incremental revenue Provide support in new hire training, process improvements, app testing and other projects on an as-needed basis Embrace and Uphold Ibotta’s Core Values: Integrity, Boldness, Ownership, Teamwork, Transparency, & A good idea can come from anywhere Skills 1-2 years working in a fast paced environment High attention to detail and organizational skills Self-motivated and proactive Understand how to prioritize, reprioritize and manage tight deadlines Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis Associate's or Bachelor's Degree Technical Skills: G Suite, Basic to Intermediate Excel and Powerpoint, Salesforce experience a plus Benefits Flexible time off Benefits package (including medical, dental, vision) Employee Stock Purchase Program 401k match Paid parking Bagel Thursdays Snacks and occasional meals Company Overview Ibotta is a web and mobile application.
