Account Manager, Enterprise Tech

The Account Manager will manage a territory of commercial and midmarket accounts, concentrating on new customer acquisition, client retention, and revenue expansion. Responsibilities Executing on outbound sales motions into assigned territory Generating qualified leads and setting sales appointments Interacting with senior level sales and marketing persons across target prospect accounts Delivery and articulation of Informa TechTarget’s value proposition as it relates to prospect goals and objectives Managing and developing relationships with existing clients in assigned territory Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current client base Conducting regular client reviews and strategy sessions to ensure satisfaction and alignment Developing and implementing account growth strategies Managing renewal processes and ensuring client retention Quarterly and Annual delivery of assigned account territory quota Skills 1-3 years B2B sales experience in media, demand generation, and/or technology marketing solutions Proven success prospecting, expanding, and cross-selling within a territory Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with marketing decision-makers Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously Data-driven, comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong) and leveraging intent and analytics platforms Willingness to learn, adopt AI tools, and continuously improve sales and productivity methods Benefits Great community Broader impact volunteering Career opportunity 15 days PTO rising to 20 after three years and 25 after six years, plus 10 national holidays, a birthday leave day and the chance to work from (almost!) anywhere for up to four weeks a year Competitive benefits, including a 401k match, health, vision and dental insurance, parental leave and an ESPP offering company shares at a minimum 15% discount Strong wellbeing support Recognition for great work Opportunity to collaborate with teams around the world Company Overview We find the best job offers for experts in ChatGPT and related technologies.
