Accounts Payable Specialist I- Hybrid Remote

They are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist I to process and pay invoices, ensure payment accuracy, and maintain financial records in a supportive work environment. Responsibilities Process and pay various types of invoices for all entities under the direction of the Supervisor, Accounts Payable Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payments for the health system Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient financial operations Foster positive relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation Skills High School Graduate required Minimum of one (1) year related bookkeeping experience Ability to perform a full anatomical range of motion and withstand long periods of sitting, standing, or walking Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail Completion of one (1) year of college, including Accounting I or Elementary Accounting preferred Experience in a healthcare setting Familiarity with financial software or accounting systems Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings or weekends, as necessary Benefits Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Supportive and collaborative work environment Commitment to patient-centric care and community service Work in a clean, well-lighted, and ventilated facility Company Overview At Prism Data Consulting, we transform raw information into strategic insights.
