Ad Operations Administrator

Overview This role supports both partnerships and acquisition marketing teams across Europe, the US, and international markets. The Ad Operations Administrator will be responsible for managing the deployment of various ad formats, enrollment page campaigns, and campaign optimization activities. The position requires strong operational discipline, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of digital marketing and ad operations. It offers an excellent opportunity to expand expertise in areas such as ad-serving platforms, campaign testing, and performance optimization. Responsibilities • Set up and manage new client campaigns and work with our partnership and marketing team to implement on-going A/B split-testing and multivariate testing across multiple devices including mobile and app. • Successfully launching and maintaining advertising campaigns to new and existing clients using internal systems and third-party tools such as Google Campaign Manager and internal page-serving systems. • Work closely with internal teams (e.g. with Marketing, Creative and partnership as well as other key personnel) to ensure accuracy and timely implementations. Qualifications • Strong background in Ad Operations, ideally within a digital or e-commerce environment. • Working knowledge of Google Campaign Manager or similar ad-serving platforms. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and regions globally. • High attention to detail with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Collaborative team player who can also work independently with a proactive and adaptable mindset. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and multiple deadlines. • Nice to have: • Technical aptitude and interest in learning new tools and systems. • Fluency in additional languages, particularly French or Spanish, is an advantage Apply tot his job
