Reading Dental Associates is a multi-specialty private dental office seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. The role involves managing patient flow, confirming appointments, and assisting dentists while ensuring adherence to financial policies. Responsibilities Ultimately responsible for smooth and efficient patient flow Calling patients to confirm appointments Assist Dentists with signing up patients for treatments Follow up with patients, stay in communication and help them to get their needed treatment done Make sure that the financial policies as laid down by the owner are the only policies followed This role is cross trained as a Dental Assistant. Our office will sponsor the candidate's license and will train on the job.
