Administrative Assistant, Software Development Team | Boston, MA or Remote

The software development team at Ambra Health is looking for an administrative assistant to join the team and help us be more productive by handling a wide variety of administrative tasks. We are a group of fun, kind, and dedicated engineers. This position will report to the VP of Software Development. We are looking for a permanent, part time contractor for 20 hours per week. The administrator will learn and own many tasks and processes in the department, and become an integral part of our success. Boston location is preferred, we will also consider remote office options for applicants in Eastern time zone. We have been a remote team since before the pandemic and will continue to be after, but also gather to work in person from time to time. Example Responsibilities • Document and maintain engineering management processes • Coordinate hiring and onboarding efforts • Coordinate logistic and travel virtual and in-person engineering meetings • Research, develop, and maintain engineering presentations • Handle expense reports, reimbursements • General administration duties Requirements • Proven admin or assistant experience • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work • Attention to detail and problem solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and planning skills • At least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred Competitive pay; awesome team.
