This position supports the Global Concepts leadership team and plays a vital role in managing complex calendaring, communications, budgeting and team culture. Our team is at the center of the global Coffeehouse Design organization and as such, acts as a hub for many broad programs and cross functional activities. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate an ability to work fluidly and strategically in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Maintain complex calendars and meeting series/cadences • Manage & coordinate detailed travel plans • Complete Meeting minute drafting and publishing • Own expense reconciliation & collection • Coordinate budget planning and tracking • Plan team culture activities and QBRs • Support town hall planning • Support presentation deck reviews and editing • Support with drafting communications Requirements • Adaptability - able to execute with flexibility in responding to constantly changing environment. • Collaboration - demonstrate confidence, composure and professionalism; able to build trust with internal and external stakeholders. • Communication - able to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbal and written. • Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude with the desire to take on additional responsibilities. • Organization - excellent organizational skills and high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information with superior attention to detail. • Problem Solving - critical thinking and strong analytical skills; able to proactively anticipate needs and use sound judgment. • Technology - advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and virtual tools. • Time Management - able to balance multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and follow through on commitments.
