AI Chat Bot (realistic-human like) with Content ( 12+)

Hello Sir or Madame, I am looking for someone who is able to generate me a realistic chat bot in GERMAN language. This bot should be used for real conversation experience like you would talk to anyone else. The bot should show feelings/emotions/etc. like you would go on a real meeting with someone and talk to them. The bot should be able to: - write realistic - don`t act like an ai - should not agree to meetings - should be able to post pictures, which are stored in the database ( the context should be fitting, like if someone talks about the gym, it should be able to say: look I was in the gym too last week, or it should sometimes send pictures) - trustlevel needed, if the trustlevel is higher, you get different pictures - for the beginning I need two female chatbots, lets call them Anna and Jenny - Anna and Jenny should have a personality, this should be saved in a database as well, so they are individual characters, with a background story, job, favorites, dislikes, hobbies, etc.... Technically this should feel for the user as he is writing to a real person! This means: -no weird ai answers -not everytime a question at the end of the sentence -ai should get pissed if insulted for example -ai should build trust and tell more private stuff ( like a real person) -sometimes post instead of 1 answer multiple ones like a real person would do -and the answers should be fitting (sometimes typos, smileys, CAPITAL and not capital writing etc.) All in All it should feel like a real experience! Technical Stuff: -The AI should be running on a local system with a good GPU, for testing I can provide this -Project should be done in Django -Use powerfull offline models Questions for you: 1.)
