As an AI & Data Analyst, you will partner with clients to address complex business challenges through innovative technology solutions, focusing on digital transformation and data optimization. Responsibilities Evaluate, validate, and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) in client and internal use cases Develop software components, automation pipelines, and integrations leveraging your proficiency in Python Build scalable data solutions on leading cloud platforms, enhancing automation within AI and data engineering projects Collaborate across teams-product managers, data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders-to ensure solutions align with client objectives Apply proven practices developed in fast-paced, start-up environments to help Deloitte's clients accelerate transformation Continuously expand your technical and domain expertise in AI, data, and cloud technologies Communicate updates, progress, and outcomes effectively to cross-functional peers and management Skills Minimum of 18 months of experience in Python for data analysis and model development 1+ years of experience in LLM (Large Language Model) evaluation Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), data engineering, and pipeline automation Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, a related field, or equivalent work experience Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Flexibility to travel: Ability to travel up to 50%, based on client and sector needs 2+ years of experience in AI deployment or applied Machine Learning 6 months + experience developing agentic AI systems, including agent orchestration, tool integration, and autonomous decision-making workflows (ie: LangChain; Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Strands; CrewAI. LangGraph) Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field Experience working in regulated industries with an understanding of security, compliance, and responsible AI practices Hands-on experience with LLMs, vector databases, or generative AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Cohere) Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, and model deployment strategies Benefits Discretionary annual incentive program Company Overview Deloitte is a business consulting company that offers audit, consulting, financial advisory, and tax services.
