Aetna is seeking a driven and experienced Analyst, Case Management to join our team on the West Side of Chicago and its neighboring areas. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our case management process, ensuring that our members receive the best possible care. If you have a strong background in data analysis, excellent communication skills, and a desire to help others, we want to hear from you! Conduct data analysis and provide insights to improve the case management process for Aetna's members. Collaborate with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective care for members. Utilize analytical tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in the case management process. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track and communicate key performance indicators related to case management. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline case management operations and increase overall efficiency. Communicate effectively with team members, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and execution of case management activities. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in case management to continuously improve processes and approaches. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to case management. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve overall healthcare outcomes for Aetna's members.
