Analyst I, Product Management

Shure Incorporated is a leading global manufacturer of audio equipment, and they are seeking a Product Management Analyst to play a key role in shaping product success across its entire lifecycle. The Analyst will transform product data into actionable insights and ensure data integrity while collaborating across teams to enhance efficiency and drive strategic decisions. Responsibilities Support Data Governance and Quality: Assist product data stewards and governance teams with defining standards, maintaining quality rules, monitoring KPIs, addressing issues, and communicating processes and requirements to stakeholders Support Product Data Validation and Cleansing: Assist with data migration preparation, remediation, testing, and verifying transfers into SAP S4/HANA Enable Tools & Systems: Provide support and training for new analytics systems and tools within the GPM organization. Collaborate with IT and product teams to configure or enhance systems and facilitate communication between functional areas for Shure’s product data domain processes Support Process Design Optimization: Review Product Lifecycle and Data processes to identify and implement improvements, including new corporate initiatives. Build and manage cross-functional workflows to platform automated data entry, updates, and synchronization across systems Collect, analyze, and interpret product performance data across various lifecycle stages Populate input documents for New Product Introduction and Discontinue Product Notices and understand related workflows and deliverables Write detailed functional requirements for Life Cycle Management/Maintenance of Line teams, ensuring clarity on success measures Represent Global Marketing and Sales in LCM/MOL projects as the "voice of the customer," ensuring positive end-user value propositions Performs other duties as assigned Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related technical field 0-2 years of experience in product analysis, lifecycle management, data analysis, data governance, or related roles Proficiency in developing, maintaining, and managing Tableau-driven dashboards & analytics and working knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture Self-motivated and delivers results working independently High Proficiency in Excel and other analytical/reporting tools Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to review, interpret and present data concisely Strong verbal and written communication skills Able to comprehend and execute business priorities Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis Able to participate in cross-functional teams Applicants for this position must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis Experience working using Agile methodology Familiarity with JIRA and JQL Experience using SAP S4/HANA, Material Master Data Audio background Benefits Comprehensive healthcare Mental health and retirement savings plans Generous paid time off programs Employee discounts Professional development opportunities Work-life balance initiatives Employee recognition programs Volunteering/community involvement opportunities Company Overview For 100 years, Shure Incorporated has developed best-in-class audio products that provide high-quality performance, reliability and value.
