The Analyst, Investment Operations will support the end-to-end lifecycle of global investment activity, collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth operations and drive efficiency. Responsibilities Execute recurring procedures, analysis, and reporting that support global investment transactions Prepare for and execute post-trade activities, including confirmations, settlements, and trade reporting Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to obtain information, resolve issues, and keep processes running smoothly Contribute to global investment initiatives by supporting projects, process reviews, system enhancements, and new capabilities Collaborate with key stakeholders to educate, problem-solve, and drive operational efficiency Skills Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, or equivalent experience Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills—able to own issues and work through them with others Comfortable learning and using new technologies Knowledge of financial products across public markets—or a strong interest in learning Experience in financial services or investment operations Ability to deliver accurate, timely work under deadlines in a team-driven environment Familiarity with tools such as DTCC vendor systems, Charles River, or comparable platforms Benefits Personal Time Off (PTO) is provided to hourly (non-exempt) employees and provides a set amount of accrued time earned each pay period.
