Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn Apple systems and processes. Previous customer service experience preferred but not required. Ability to work independently in a quiet, distraction-free home environment. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a compatible computer setup. Work Schedule & Environment: Part-time position with flexible shifts available (evenings, weekends, and weekdays).
