Associate, Corporate Brand Communications

They are seeking an Associate, Corporate Brand Communications to support a large pharmaceutical client, working on corporate brand initiatives that include earned media and creative storytelling. Responsibilities Support day-to-day execution of corporate brand communications programs, including campaigns, partnerships, and integrated initiatives Assist with the development and implementation of communications plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams Help coordinate earned media efforts, creative storytelling initiatives, and brand moments in partnership with internal teams and external stakeholders Draft and edit materials such as briefing documents, messaging frameworks, media lists, recaps, and internal updates Support on-site or live activations and events as needed, helping ensure smooth execution and attention to detail Track coverage, campaign outputs, and milestones, and support basic reporting and recaps Stay informed on the client’s business, brand, and industry landscape, bringing relevant insights to the team Work closely with account leads and cross-functional partners—creative, analytics, paid, project management—to keep integrated work on track and moving forward Own your tasks with independence and accountability, while knowing when to ask questions or flag risks early Seek out and absorb feedback; apply what you learn to get sharper with every project Bring curiosity to team discussions—notice what's happening in culture, media, and brand storytelling, and don't be afraid to share an observation or idea Help keep the team organized and efficient; be the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks Approach every project as a chance to learn how the pieces connect—from strategy to execution to measurement Skills 1–3 years of experience in a public relations, communications, or integrated marketing agency (or relevant in-house role) Interest in corporate brand, reputation, and purpose-driven communications, ideally within healthcare or other complex industries Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to tone, clarity, and accuracy Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once Comfort working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset Curiosity about how earned media, creative storytelling, partnerships, and brand activations work together Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; comfort learning new tools and systems A commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and an interest in contributing to inclusive teams and work Positive, proactive attitude and enthusiasm for learning and delivering excellent work Benefits A workplace that’s alive with courage, ideas, respect, and humanity A fully hybrid work experience designed to give you the choice around where and how you work best Professional growth and development programs to help advance your career Comprehensive health care and wellness plans for your entire family A 401(k) plan, health savings accounts and flexible spending accounts Paid company holidays, unlimited paid vacation, sick, personal, and mental health days, and summer hours and sabbatical leave Additional Perks: Paid parental leave, family-building benefit, well-being programs, and commuter benefits Company Overview M Booth Health is a global health consultancy and communications agency built by specialists.
