The following position is to join RTX Corporate: RTX is seeking a Associate Director, Digital Software Contracts to provide expert digital contracts support to the RTX Enterprise Services Partnerships team. This role requires a blend of transactional, contractual, legal, and technology skills, along with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. What You Will Do • Conduct contract redline reviews of legal terms, draft contract amendments, and provide advice on the legal posture of contracts. • Utilize the RTX CLARA process to evaluate legal risks of use cases and modify contract terms to mitigate such risks. • Draft, negotiate, and review software license agreements, service agreements, master agreements, and SaaS contracts with a focus on mitigating legal risks. • Collaborate with ES Partnerships and supplier legal counterparts to efficiently and effectively address legal issues. Qualifications You Must Have • Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years of digital contract management experience, or an Advanced Degree and 10 years of relevant experience. • Prior experience redlining contracts, specifically with cybersecurity, technology controls, information security, data privacy and protection, and data management. • Prior experience writing clear and concise communications. • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Teams. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
