Business Analyst – Healthcare Operations

Job Description: • Understand the intricacies of the Revenue Cycle and initiate/co-drive project work that affects the bottom line of the organization. • Create and maintain a robust project plan, set challenging goals and deadlines. • Calculate impact to Yield, Bad Debt, and overall project ROI. • Participate and potentially lead project updates with executives and stakeholders. • Proactively monitor the team’s book of business outcomes and findings through data analytics and/or trend analysis. • Develop/pitch/initiate process improvements in high impact areas.
