ISMIRA Agency is actively recruiting for an HR Coordinator position for Carnival Cruise Line. The HR Coordinator will support the Manager Staff Administration in administrative functions, assist team members, and provide accurate information. Requirements • Degree/Diploma (or foreign equivalent) from an accredited university or college in Human Resource • Min. 1-2 years’ experience as HR Coordinator. • Excellent English skills in both writing and speech • Service and detail oriented with a strong guest focus • Strong focus for employee relations and the ability to support crew members with best business practices according to company’s policy • Excellent management, organizational and communication skills • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervisor • Age: min. 21 years old Benefits • free food and accommodation on board • First joining ticket is provided by company • medical insurance provided during the work contract • contract 6-8 months, followed by 2 months vacation Apply tot his job
