Chat Support Agent

This is a remote position. Position: Chat Support Agent Location: United States (Remote) CityGreen Services is a leading provider of eco-friendly services and products for homes and businesses. We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Chat Support Agent to join our growing team. As a Chat Support Agent you will be the first point of contact for our customers and provide them with exceptional support via online chat. Pay: $31.45 - $33.45 per hour Responsibilities: Engage with customers through online chat to provide high-quality support and troubleshoot any issues they may have. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any complaints in a timely and professional manner. Utilize troubleshooting techniques and product knowledge to address customer concerns and provide effective solutions. Accurately document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience and contribute to the development of innovative solutions. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and stay informed about new features and updates. Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance metrics including response time productivity and customer satisfaction. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in a related field is a plus. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support role preferably in a chat-based environment. Excellent written communication and typing skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Prior experience with customer service software and CRMs. A passion for providing exceptional customer service. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
