Duties • Lead the development and execution of strategic planning initiatives to align operational goals with overall company vision. • Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to best practices. • Manage business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding customer base. • Implement effective change management strategies to facilitate organizational growth and adapt to evolving market conditions. • Supervise senior leadership teams, providing guidance on management practices, project execution, and process improvements. • Drive operational excellence through continuous process improvement initiatives and innovative solutions. • Develop and manage budgets, conduct forecasting activities, and monitor financial performance to ensure sustainable growth. • Oversee program management efforts to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives. • Cultivate a high-performance culture by inspiring leadership at all levels and fostering a collaborative work environment. Qualifications • Proven experience in senior leadership roles with demonstrated success in operations management and strategic planning. • Strong background in change management, process improvement, and business development strategies. • Exceptional management skills with experience supervising diverse teams and leading organizational change initiatives. • Expertise in project management methodologies, budgeting, forecasting, and program oversight. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Demonstrated ability to develop innovative solutions that drive operational efficiency and growth. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are preferred.
