We’re hiring a commission-based closer to take inbound, pre-qualified booked calls and close dental clinics into one of our 3 packages. Leads come from Meta Lead Forms + automated qualification and are routed into booked appointments. No cold calling. Positioning: We don’t replace their marketing agency — we improve conversion + show rate. Our systems capture missed calls, qualify leads, book appointments, reduce no-shows, and reactivate old leads. Our Pricing Model (You’ll Sell These Packages) Starter — “AI Front Desk” $2,997 one-time setup $727/month PRO — “Lead to Appointment System” (Most Sold) $4,997 one-time setup $1,297/month Elite — “Patient Acquisition Engine” $7,997 one-time setup $1,997/month You’ll primarily push PRO as the default, use Elite as the anchor, and keep Starter as an entry option. Commission / Earnings 10%+ commission per closed sale (paid on the setup fee at minimum) Final commission structure will be discussed with the right candidate based on experience/performance Higher-performing closers (close rate + clean CRM + reliability) can earn: higher commissions more call volume growth opportunities (team lead / closer manager) Responsibilities Run 15–45 minute sales calls with dental owners/managers Diagnose pain (missed calls, slow follow-up, no-shows) and close Objection handle: “we already have an agency,” “too expensive,” “need to think” Maintain CRM updates (Won/Lost + follow-up notes) Follow up and close over multiple calls if needed — some deals will take 2–3 touches. You own the process as long as you follow the rules below. Freedom + Guardrails (keep it simple) You’ve got full freedom on how you run calls and follow-ups (including multiple calls per prospect). Just don’t do these: Don’t lie or make up results (no fake ROI promises) Don’t be weird or pushy (no pressure tactics that make us look desperate) Don’t talk reckless about competitors (stay classy, win clean) Don’t say we do things we don’t (if it’s not in the package, don’t sell it) Keep notes in the CRM so we know what’s happening and can feed you better leads That’s it. Close however you want. Requirements Proven B2B high-ticket closing (agency/SaaS/ops systems) Comfortable selling $3k–$8k setup + $700–$2k/month retainers Strong call control + follow-up discipline Reliable availability, professional communication Willing to have calls recorded for QA/coaching What We Provide Inbound booked calls (no cold outreach) CRM + pipeline + call recordings Offer framework + fulfillment overview Starter script + objection bank (you can improve it) Screening Process (How We Hire the Best) To apply, include all of the following: A short note: what you’ve sold, ticket size, and your typical close rate A 30–60 sec loom/video answering: How do you handle “We already have an agency”?
