Position Summary The Contracts Coordinator is responsible for setting-up and maintaining EnableComp’s contract management system, and ensuring contract compliance with EnableComp’s policies and procedures. The Contracts Coordinator is responsible for drafting master service agreements, amendments, and other contract-related coorespondence, as well as maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Set-up and maintain contract management system (CMS) Run reports out of CMS Under the supervision of the Director, Contract Management, draft master service agreements, amendments/addenda thereto, and other contracted-related correspondence and documents Ensure all contract documentation is up to date Ensure contract compliance with the company’s policies and procedures Inform internal and external stakeholders of the status of contracts Investigate and address contract issues Other duties as required. Requirements and Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Management or related field or paralegal degree with related experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role Prior experience with Conga/SalesForce CMS Adept understanding of legal terminology. Strong computer skills with high proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be able to manage conflicting priorities, while being extremely adaptable and flexible. Highly detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines is essential.
