Job Overview We are hiring a Full-time 1st shift Training Coordinator for our organization in Frederick, MD. This position is non-remote and requires working on-site. About the Role This role provides support for associate training in Pharmacy and Health and Wellness areas by coordinating and facilitating certification courses, computer-based learning, and preparing reports. It also involves training associates in Pharmacy and Health and Wellness areas, developing training programs and materials, and evaluating their effectiveness. Key Responsibilities • Provide support for associate training in Pharmacy and Health and Wellness areas. • Train associates in Pharmacy and Health and Wellness areas. • Develop training programs and materials. • Evaluate training effectiveness. Requirements • Candidates must hold an active state license for Pharmacy Technician in Maryland. • Candidates must also hold an active/valid national certification certificate issued by either the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCE) or the National Healthcareer Association (ExCPT). • At least one year of experience in a pharmacy environment or at least one year's experience training other associates/employees.
