Responsibilities Connect & Assist: Answer inbound calls promptly, research inquiries, and deliver accurate responses to coverage, billing, and policy-related questions Problem-Solve & Recommend: Rewrite or create new policies tailored to the unique insurance needs of each client by recommending the best coverage options and products Grow Professionally: Keep yourself sharp and up-to-date!
