Welcome to Xerox! We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cybersecurity Incident Response Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in identifying, responding to, and mitigating potential security incidents. We are looking for individuals with a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, the ability to think and act quickly in high-pressure situations, and a passion for staying ahead of emerging threats. Monitor and analyze network traffic, system logs, and security alerts to identify potential security incidents. Respond promptly to security incidents and take appropriate action to mitigate the impact and prevent future occurrences. Conduct thorough investigations of security incidents, including gathering and analyzing evidence, and documenting findings. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement incident response plans and procedures. Keep up-to-date with emerging cyber threats and vulnerabilities, and proactively identify potential risks to the company. Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to identify and address potential security weaknesses. Communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, to provide updates on security incidents and recommendations for improving cybersecurity measures. Develop and maintain incident response documentation, including policies, procedures, and guidelines. Provide training and guidance to employees on cybersecurity best practices and incident response procedures. Participate in incident response exercises and simulations to test the effectiveness of the company's response plans. Collaborate with external incident response teams, law enforcement, and other organizations as needed to address security incidents. Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve the company's incident response processes and procedures. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a responsible and professional manner. Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in cybersecurity and make recommendations for improving the company's security posture. Xerox is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
