Position: Data Analyst – Chatbot & Customer Service (2024 Department Product Management – Level Entry Level – Location Singapore The Product Management team at Shopee is the key focal point between the business, engineering and design teams. The team is responsible for implementing strategy, road maps and features, while adhering to business goals. It covers all functions including but not limited to Financial Services, Supply Chain, Search, Recommendation, Advertising, Order, Promotion, User, Anti-Fraud, Seller Service. This role offers an opportunity to shape the future of e-commerce in the region. – Able to lead data collection and analysis projects using SQL and Python, diving deep into business data to provide valuable insights – Automate data collection and aggregation processes to build reporting dashboards, enabling teams to access and understand data more efficiently – Collaborate with product managers, operation teams, and regional teams to provide statistical and business data that can drive business insights – Conduct AB test experiments to evaluate the performance of new product features and provide data-driven recommendations for improvements • * Requirements**: – Degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics or equivalent is preferred – Proficiency in SQL is mandatory; familiarity with Python is a plus – Exceptional attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to accuracy and data quality – A team player that grasp new concepts quickly – Deep understanding towards business and industry in facilitating meaningful data connections – Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Proficient in A/B experiment data analysis Apply tot his job
