Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a(Remote) Data Analyst II to join their team. As a Data Analyst II, you will be part of the Analytics Department supporting global tax teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Data Analyst II Location:Remote | USA Pay Range: $46.50/HR on Experis W2 • Not open to C2C What's the Job? • Support effective decision-making through economic, financial, and market analysis of critical issues, including capacity planning, price and cost modeling, and returns on investment. • Assist in capacity forecasting, budgeting, and reporting efforts for operating expenses, capital, and resource allocation. • Design and coordinate the development of systems and tools to keep pace with the organization's rapidly changing business environment. • Utilize Python-based modeling to enhance existing data processes and models. • Combine multiple data sources to produce actionable insights and support customer issue resolution related to Excel-based models. What's Needed? • At least 3 years of experience as a data analyst, with a focus on financial or capacity planning. • Proficiency in Python modeling and expert level Excel, with knowledge of SQL being a strong plus. • Undergraduate degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field; a graduate degree such as an MBA is preferred. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and manage financial models for forecasting and problem-solving. • Tax or financial background preferred • Typescript and Tableau skills preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
