Job Summary:FedEx is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Data Entry Associate to join our dynamic team. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for data accuracy, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:• * Accurately input, update, and maintain data in various systems and databases.• * Verify data for completeness and correctness, ensuring all records are up-to-date.• * Assist in generating and distributing reports as required by different departments.• * Perform routine data audits to identify and correct discrepancies.• * Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve data-related issues.• * Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion and adhere to data protection regulations.• * Support the development and implementation of data entry procedures and best practices.• * Provide administrative support as needed, including filing, organizing, and managing documentation.• Required Skills and Qualifications:• * High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or higher preferred.• * Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).• * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.• * Excellent organizational and time-management skills.• * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.• * Strong written and verbal communication skills.• * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.• Experience:• * No prior experience required; however, any experience in data entry or administrative roles is a plus.• * Familiarity with data entry software or database management systems is advantageous but not necessary.• Working Hours:• * Full-time position.• * Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
