We are currently seeking a Director of Marketing Technology and Data to lead our team in utilizing cutting-edge tools and strategies to enhance our marketing efforts. This role requires a dynamic and experienced individual who is passionate about leveraging data and technology to deliver impactful results. If you have a strong background in marketing, a deep understanding of data and technology, and a drive for innovation, we would love to hear from you. Lead and oversee the development and implementation of marketing technology and data strategies at WarnerMedia. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for utilizing data and technology to enhance marketing efforts. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing technology and data, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Develop and manage a team of marketing technology and data professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Create and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to optimize the use of marketing technology and data tools. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing technology and data initiatives. Work closely with the marketing team to identify data-driven insights and make data-informed decisions. Develop and manage the marketing technology and data budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently. Collaborate with the data analytics team to ensure data integrity and accuracy in marketing campaigns. Communicate with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to provide updates on marketing technology and data initiatives and results. Drive innovation and creativity in utilizing marketing technology and data to enhance marketing efforts and drive business growth. Monitor and analyze competitor strategies and trends in marketing technology and data to ensure WarnerMedia remains at the forefront of the industry. Act as a thought leader and advocate for the use of data and technology in marketing within the organization. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and support for marketing technology and data initiatives.
