Director of Retail Brand Marketing – Public Relations

Job Description: • Oversee retail brand marketing and public relations initiatives • Develop and articulate a comprehensive retail brand marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives • Lead integration of brand marketing initiatives across physical showrooms, e-commerce, and emerging channels • Ensure brand experience is integrated into design and customer journey for new showrooms • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize store design, layout, visual merchandising, and overall consumer experience • Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to build brand awareness • Manage relationships with media contacts and industry influencers • Oversee PR agencies' management including reporting and product sends • Plan events like product launches and showroom openings • Define and communicate brand positioning with senior leadership • Develop and maintain consistent brand messaging across touchpoints • Oversee integrated marketing campaigns that drive traffic and sales • Create engaging PR materials and press releases • Manage budgets for retail marketing and PR Requirements: • 10+ years of experience in brand marketing and public relations • Significant experience in a D2C retail environment • Proven track record of developing and leading retail brand executions at scale • Established media relationships and successful PR campaign history • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities • Robust leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams • Ability to effectively balance multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Commitment to respect and inclusion in the workplace • Passion for sustainability, ethics, and social responsibility • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; advanced degree is a plus Benefits: • Frequent team events • Cross-departmental meetings • Celebrating community wins Apply tot his job
