Requirements • 8–10+ years in product marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing with a focus on digital product adoption. • Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams in a dynamic environment. • Ability to shape go-to-market strategy from insight to product launch and scaling. • In-depth knowledge of funnel analytics, KPI frameworks, and performance optimization. • Proficiency with modern marketing and analytics tools. • Strong communication skills and cross-functional leadership abilities.
