About the position Responsibilities • Develop, implement, and maintain efficient systems for executive administrative support. • Manage and facilitate projects, defining priorities and action steps. • Conduct research with stakeholders and provide recommendations as appropriate. • Coordinate schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. • Provide analytic and administrative support, including creating presentations and handling correspondence. • Assist in developing internal department policies related to business matters. • Communicate tactfully and diplomatically with a diverse group of individuals. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent experience. • 5 years of experience in a high-level support role or administrative office operations/management. • Experience with various computer programs and databases, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint. • Experience providing high-level administrative and clerical support, including managing complex calendars and planning events. • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication skills to meet the needs of diverse populations. Nice-to-haves • Certificate/degree in a related area and/or equivalent experience/training. • Experience with workshops, conference, and event coordination. • Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion in handling sensitive topics.
