Document Review Specialist - Paralegal Or Attorney

This role sits at the center of high-stakes commercial real estate transactions, reviewing complex ownership and entity documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and clarity before deals move to closing. The Document Review Specialist will analyze commercial title reports, LLC and partnership documents, trusts, estates, and multilayer ownership structures to determine signing authority and requirements, while supporting commercial proformas and general commercial files. The ideal candidate is sharp, detail-obsessed, and calm under pressure. Document Review Specialist Responsibilities: • Review and analyze commercial title documents, including LLC, partnership, trust, and estate documentation • Determine authorized signers and document requirements for commercial transactions • Review and interpret title reports, policies, requirements, and endorsements • Manage 10+ commercial proformas weekly and general commercial files as needed • Create detailed notes and status updates in SoftPro to support workflow and transparency • Communicate with clearance officers, coordinators, and stakeholders to ensure smooth deal progression • Identify issues, request missing items, and resolve document inconsistencies quickly and accurately • Maintain exceptional customer service standards internally and externally Document Review Specialist Requirements: • 5+ years of experience as a paralegal or attorney working with real estate law in PA or NJ • Strong commercial document review background • Experience reviewing title reports, understanding policy purpose, and interpreting endorsements • Expertise in reviewing LLC and partnership documents to determine signing authority • Proficiency in SoftPro, Outlook, Teams, or similar systems • High-integrity communicator who is proactive, organized, and deadline-driven • Personable, client-focused, collaborative, and able to support team performance • Able to work 9 am - 5 pm ET with flexibility during peak seasons • Ability to analyze trusts, estates, and wills in relation to real estate transactions preferred Benefits: • 2% performance-based bonus • Fully remote role after onboarding training onsite in PA for 3 - 4 days • Medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, and employee assistance program • 401(k) with company match • Generous PTO • Paid parental leave and flexible schedule • Annual company trip for all employees • Strong investment in technology and performance tools • Rapidly growing team with excellent stability, collaboration, and career growth potential Apply today and help power commercial transactions nationwide with accuracy and excellence. #LI-MB1 Apply tot his job
