Ecommerce Marketplace Associate

The Ecommerce Marketplace Associate will drive revenue growth, improve product visibility, and enhance customer experience for our activewear business. It involves collaborating closely with the advertising agency to oversee Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP campaigns. The goal is to achieve growth through smarter targeting, creative collaboration, and performance optimization. You will implement keyword research, optimize bids, and target specific audiences to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Total Advertising Cost of Sales (TACoS) efficiency. Additionally, you will build and execute full-funnel advertising strategies that cover awareness, conversion, and retention, while managing media budgets across all brands. Responsibilities: • Monitor and analyze campaign performance daily using Amazon Advertising Console, Brand Analytics, • Market Share and third-party tools (Helium 10, Pacvue, Circana, Power BI). • Work closely with the Amazon sales team to understand their needs and goals while developing cohesive media plans to support and drive those objectives. • Conduct proactive, ongoing analysis of campaigns to uncover insights that lead to actionable strategies, continually maximizing performance and aligning with client goals. • Collaborate with our advertising agency to ensure all required information is delivered prior to the launch of new campaigns. • Provide regular reports and analysis of campaign performance and insights to both internal and external stakeholders, utilizing these insights to inform future strategies and optimizations to accelerate growth. • Research the competitive and keyword landscape to identify appropriate targeting, auditing, and analyzing historical campaign performance to determine future strategies. • Ensure that spend pacing aligns with the agreed-upon budget, making recommended adjustments as necessary, and set monthly budgets at the campaign level for all clients. • Partner with creative teams to craft compelling ad copy, visuals, and Brand Store updates. • Conduct A/B testing for creative, targeting, placements, and bidding strategies. • Collaborate with the demand planner and sales team to align ad spend with inventory forecasting. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree preferred • 2-4 years of related ecommerce marketplace experience including Amazon, digital marketing, SEO, and the development and execution of strategic media plans • Strong Excel skillset (VLOOKUP, PivotTable, etc.) • Amazon Vendor Central experience preferred • SAP and Power BI experience a plus • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills Apply tot his job
