Email Marketing Specialist, Remote - Delaware North - Buffalo, NY - work from home job Company: Delaware North Job description: The Opportunity Delaware North is hiring for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. This candidate can be based remotely. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will lead the communication strategy for Delaware North's stakeholder communities. You will collaborate with the Business Strategy, Sales, and Brand Marketing teams through ideation, planning, analysis, and reporting of email content. Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Salary: $55341 - $66140 / year The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. These are just some of the benefits we offer: • Health, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) with company match • Performance bonuses • Paid vacation days and holidays • Paid parental bonding leave • Tuition and/or professional certification reimbursement • Generous friends-and-family discounts at many of our hotels and resorts Responsibilities • Responsible for creation and execution of promotional emails as assigned • Manages email calendars • Collaborates with stakeholders in the development and execution of marketing email • Creates and maintains target audience lists/segments • Conducts a/b and multi-variate testing and optimization • Acts as project manager on related email projects such as email journey strategy, set up and execution • Assists with report generation and analysis • Conducts ongoing testing to continually improve and optimize results • Documents and shares results • Collaborates with stakeholders to establish email performance goals • Recommends data-driven actions plans to improve performance and results of reporting, email metrics, testing results, lifestyle preference, and guest profiles/segment • Assists with SOP development, maintenance and compliance Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred. • Minimum 5 years in a qualifying role with an ad agency, direct marketing firm or other. • Experience with Email Service Providers (ESP) software such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, iPost, Emma, Acoustic, required. • Experience with HTML. • Experience with project management tools and processes, required • Proficient with database marketing systems • Experience with adherence to brand standards • Experience with photo editing software such as Photoshop, a plus Who We Are At Delaware North, you’ll love where you work, who you work with, and how your day unfolds.
