Job Description We are seeking an experienced technology leader to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Consulting Member of Technical Staff, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions for complex clinical systems. Driven engineering, development and/or ops practices within a SW development organization. Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns and best practices. Experience working directly with executive leadership. Experience working collaboratively across multiple development teams to refine requirements, interfaces and functional responsibilities to create full solutions. Experience recruiting, mentoring and training of software developers at all levels. Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset. Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and learn new technologies quickly. Experience in AI driven development and use of AI applications. Experience being the escalation point for systemic and large-scale operational issues. Experience working with distributed systems. Proficiency in multiple programming languages and software development methodologies. Graduate degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Experience in medical records management (EHR, EMR) desired. For more information on OHAI's mission see Responsibilities As a technology leader you will take an active role in architecting, reviewing and implementing complete software solutions as well as refining our software development practices and procedures. You will: Lead the design and development of complex software systems, ensuring scalability and maintainability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications. Work with executive leadership to refine product requirements and establish delivery milestones. Use AI technologies both in SW development and also in applications. Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and fostering skill growth. Research emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation and enhance development processes. Understand and design workflows that interact with internal and external Third Party Systems. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and API documentation. Be hands-on and ready to lead troubleshooting and debugging efforts of intricate software issues. Contribute to the architectural decisions of projects, ensuring alignment with long-term goals. Collaborate with product managers to define and prioritize features, delivering high-quality software on time. Collaborate with executive leadership to deliver solutions consistent with long-term goals and vision. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $96,800 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
