Job Summary Walmart is seeking a dynamic and motivated Entry Level Recruiter/Agent to join our growing Human Resources team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play an essential role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts and ensuring that we attract the best candidates to help drive our mission of saving people money so they can live better. Key Responsibilities • * Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews. • * Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for various roles. • * Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. • * Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate documentation of candidate interactions and statuses. • * Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote Walmart as an employer of choice. • * Support onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company. • * Provide excellent customer service to candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. • * Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. • Required Skills and Qualifications • * High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus but not required. • * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • * Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams. • * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • * Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus. • * A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the recruitment field. • Experience • * No prior experience in recruitment is necessary; however, any experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles is beneficial. • * A genuine interest in human resources and talent acquisition will be considered an asset. • Working Hours • * This position is full-time, with standard working hours of Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
