We are looking for someone with a strong background in design and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles. Lead the design and development of user experiences for Salesforce products and services Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and effective designs Continuously research and incorporate industry best practices and emerging trends in user-centered design Create wireframes, prototypes, and other visual aids to communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and cohesiveness across all products and services Stay up-to-date with the latest design software and tools, and provide training and guidance to team members as needed Proactively identify and address potential design issues and provide creative solutions Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to define project goals and priorities Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall user experience Mentor and guide junior designers, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
