About the Role We're currently seeking an experienced Customer Care Specialist I to join our remote Account Services team. As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them to resolve concerns, find solutions, and explore new ways that arenaflex can meet their needs. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Care Specialist I, your key responsibilities will include: Assessing customers' needs and suggesting products and services that meet their home and business needs Adjusting billing, negotiating claims, and arranging product substitutions and returns Managing customer concerns while meeting goals in Serving, Solving, and Selling Remaining current on arenaflex products and services Owning the customer experience and providing support to internal sales reps What We Offer In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.00, as well as a range of benefits and perks, including: Generous incentives and compensation perks 401k and company match Comprehensive medical benefits Free Internet and discounts on other arenaflex services valued at up to $300 per month Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) Tuition reimbursement for academic pursuits Adoption assistance, paid time off to volunteer, childcare and eldercare resources, pet insurance, and much more Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you'll need: Essential Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience 6 months' experience using a computer and navigating multiple screens 1 or more years' customer service experience Excellent skills in creating an exceptional customer experience, sales orientation, multi-tasking, building customer rapport, and problem-solving Ability to learn and apply new procedures Good teamwork and communication skills Solid analytical skills to determine the best course of action to resolve issues Must live in Phoenix, AZ, Tucson, AZ, Las Vegas, NV, or a surrounding community within those states Must be able to work in a highly structured call center environment Enthusiastic and personable Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years' experience working in a position that requires meeting sales goals 1-2 years' experience in a customer service role, not specific to just Call Centers Strong aptitude for helping customers and a customer experience focus Ability to adapt to constant change Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their careers.
