With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a culture of continuous improvement, we're always looking for talented individuals who share our vision and values. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Strategic Support Analyst to join our team in a key role that will drive strategic performance and customer engagement through innovative supply chain solutions. As a seasoned professional, you'll be responsible for managing projects related to supply chain solutions, developing and implementing quantitative analytical solutions, and proactively developing recommendations for customer opportunities and internal processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage projects related to supply chain solutions that improve service performance and engagement with customers, including design and implementation of new solutions and issue resolution. * Develop and implement quantitative analytical solutions to support strategic performance and customer experience initiatives. * Utilize advanced business analysis skills, database tools, and generated data to improve techniques that drive innovative and quality, customer-centric results and forecasting. * Proactively develop recommendations for customer opportunities and internal processes within cross-departmental projects. * Maintain positive, effective relationships with key internal and external contacts, including presentation of analytical results and solution recommendations to stakeholders on a regular cadence. **Minimum Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent. * Four (4) years of work experience in external customer problem resolution. * Demonstrated knowledge of business software applications. * Strong interpersonal skills. * Directly related experience may offset degree requirements. * Directly related advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. **Preferred Qualifications** * Master Export Specialist (MES) – Customs Broker License – Quality improvement certification and/or experience such as QDM, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management or related. * Coordination of air and ocean shipments – including booking, planning, document preparation, and tracking. * Customs import controls and clearance experience. * Certified Export Specialist (CES) – Certified Customs Specialist (CCS). **What We Offer** * Competitive pay: $5,364.26/month – $9,476.86/month (U.S. Pay Range). * Additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. * Eligible employees receive health, vision, and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance. **Work Environment & Culture** * This position may be located anywhere within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. * Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week. * arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion. * We offer a flexible and supportive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for customer experience and supply chain solutions, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
