You will be responsible for selling and executing promotions, securing placement of equipment, and using point-of-sale (POS) materials to grow sales. You will also transport and replace POS advertising and inventory levels, restock and build displays, sections, and racks, and maintain backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock each day. If you're a motivated and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to join our dynamic team. **Key Responsibilities** * Sell and execute promotions to drive sales growth and increase brand visibility * Secure placement of equipment and use point-of-sale (POS) materials to grow sales * Transport and replace POS advertising and inventory levels to ensure timely and accurate delivery * Restock and build displays, sections, and racks to maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment * Maintain backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock each day to ensure efficient inventory management * Support the team as a retail sales representative, responsible for conveying account activities to relevant stakeholders * Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and drive business growth **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred * 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the beverage industry * Proven track record of driving sales growth and executing promotions * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership * Valid driver's license and a clean driving record **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Knowledge of the beverage industry and its trends, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest developments * Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time, with a strong ability to work in a physically demanding environment **Skills and Competencies** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership * Strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a flexible and positive attitude * Strong knowledge of the beverage industry and its trends, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest developments **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
