You'll work closely with our team to analyze customer inquiries, develop solutions, and deliver results-driven outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to demonstrate your skills, build a long-term career, and potentially transition to future employment with our client. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Advocate, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service and support via phone, resolving issues, and addressing customer inquiries * Analyzing customer needs, developing solutions, and delivering results-driven outcomes * Collaborating with our team to achieve sales and customer service goals * Participating in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge * Working collaboratively in a team atmosphere, with a focus on open communication and mutual support * Adhering to arenaflex's policies, procedures, and quality standards **Are You a Good Fit?** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred * At least 1 year of call center experience within the last 3 years * Stable work history and authorization to work in the United States * Ability to work occasional mandatory overtime, especially during outages **Benefits and Pay** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * Competitive hourly rate of $16.00/hour, with opportunities for advancement and growth * Generous benefits package, including health and life insurance, dental reimbursement * A few weeks of paid virtual training focused on the sales aspect of the role * Flexible scheduling, with open availability Monday-Friday (8:00am-7:00pm) and Saturday (9:00am-1:00pm) * Office closed on Sundays * Start date: Monday, March 11 **Career Growth Opportunities** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping you grow and develop your skills.
