As a Customer Service Representative for Clinical Programs, you will play a vital role in responding to customer inquiries, providing information, and ensuring that our members receive the best possible support. Job Overview In this remote position, you will be working from the comfort of your own home, utilizing company-provided technology equipment to deliver top-notch customer service. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, recording information, and providing timely responses to our members' questions and concerns. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner, ensuring that all customer interactions are positive and productive. Ascertain the nature of the call and record information in the Communication Log, maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions. Look up member information using proprietary arenaflex systems and provide information to the caller, utilizing your knowledge and skills to resolve customer inquiries efficiently. Forward logs requiring further research to the appropriate department, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely manner. Transfer callers to the appropriate queue if the question is of a more complex issue (claims, authorizations, etc.), demonstrating your ability to prioritize and manage customer interactions effectively. Utilize appropriate resources, including those online, to provide timely responses to customer inquiries, staying up-to-date with the latest information and developments in our specialty network programs. Manage your time to ensure calls are answered within required timeframes and appropriate follow-up is done in a timely manner, meeting or exceeding minimum key job accountabilities established for the Customer Service Representative position. Document all calls appropriately, maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions. Attend weekly staff and other meetings to discuss issues and foster teamwork among department personnel, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment. Respond to requests for internal and external customers and/or clients, as required, demonstrating your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: High school Diploma or equivalent required, with a minimum of one-year experience performing customer service duties; inbound call center experience preferred. Basic computer skills, with the ability to learn and utilize proprietary arenaflex systems and technology. Strong verbal communications skills, with excellent listening and interpersonal communication skills to identify critical core competencies based on success factors and organizational environment. Remote Worker Considerations As a remote worker, you will be required to work from a designated home office, with a stable connection to your Internet Service Provider and the ability to participate in online meetings over a reliable and consistent network (minimum internet download of 50 Mbps and 10 Mbps upload speed). You will also be eligible for additional bonus opportunities based on meeting Key Job Accountabilities (KJA) after 6, 12, and 24 months.
