With a strong foundation in customer service and a passion for learning, you'll have the opportunity to grow with our company and take on new challenges as you progress in your career. **What You'll Be Doing** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative II, you'll be responsible for: * Handling routine and semi-routine tasks to develop your skills and expertise * Responding to policy and billing inquiries from producers and policyholders via phone, email, and live chat * Assisting producers with quoting new business and processing policy endorsements and updates * Collaborating with other departments to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues * Handling and solving producer/policyholder complaints with minimal supervision * Participating in special projects, peer-to-peer training, and providing inter-departmental support **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a highly motivated individual with: * A high school diploma or equivalent * A minimum of 1 year of personal lines experience in an office or call center environment * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * The ability to keep emotions under control when dealing with irate or hostile customers * The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment * A strong desire to learn and grow with our company * A willingness to provide assistance to peers and be a knowledgeable resource to the team **Highly Preferred Candidates** We're also looking for candidates who possess: * A self-starter mentality with strong initiative and close attention to detail * A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with policyholders **About the Policy Services Team at blithequark** Our Policy Services team is dedicated to helping customers and maintaining a service mindset.
