About the Role As a Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers and partners via various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all issues are addressed and resolved efficiently. Provide exceptional support to blithequark partners, including restaurants and delivery drivers, to foster strong relationships and promote a positive experience. Document and track customer interactions and issues using our CRM system, ensuring accurate records and enabling data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with internal teams, including product and operations, to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the overall customer experience. Identify and escalate complex issues to the relevant department, ensuring that customers receive the support they need in a timely manner. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on blithequark services, industry trends, and best practices in customer support. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred. Proven experience in customer support or a related field, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to analyze issues and develop effective solutions. The ability to work independently and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting productivity standards in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools, with a willingness to learn new technologies and systems.
