About the Role As a Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers and partners, providing timely, professional, and effective support via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Provide support to blithequark partners, including restaurants and delivery drivers, addressing their concerns and queries. Document and track customer interactions and issues using our CRM system, ensuring accurate records and follow-up actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience, sharing insights and feedback to drive service enhancements. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing customer impact. Utilize customer support tools and software to manage and resolve customer inquiries, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and processes. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred. Proven experience in customer support or a related field, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service. The ability to work independently and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting productivity standards.
