About the Role As a Customer Support Consultant at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, communicating with hot leads and existing customers via calls, building positive and long-lasting relationships, and meeting team KPIs. You will stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology, securely work with customers' sensitive information, and apply the latest customer happiness practices. Your working knowledge of our client's products and services will be essential in providing top-notch support.
