Job Description We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Cloud IT Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for administering our IT systems, resolving technical issues, and leading a globally distributed team in a fully remote environment. Responsibilities Manage Cloud IT Operations: Oversee all aspects of cloud SaaS and other IT systems for the company, including administration of corporate accounts. Budgeting, Procurement, and Cost Optimization: Manage the company IT spend, including contract negotiations, payment/purchasing, and cost management. IT Systems Development: Develop and customize workflows/scripts of IT systems to meet operational needs. User and System Management: Administer user accounts, system access, and IT security systems with regular audits and updates. Implement Security Measures: Enforce policies and procedures to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access. Troubleshooting and Solution Architecting: Respond to user, management, and executive leadership requests for IT support, including remote troubleshooting and collaborating across divisions on technology projects. Hardware Management: Organize and manage company hardware assets. Lead a Team: Supervise and mentor a team of globally distributed IT professionals. Qualifications We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong background in cloud IT operations. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Required Qualifications 5+ years of IT experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role, with expertise in Cloud SaaS administration (e.g., Google Workspace). 3+ years of experience in cloud security administration (e.g., user account permission management and cloud key vaults). A bachelor's degree in any information technology field. Ability to learn new digital tools quickly. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of IaaS platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Automation and scripting knowledge. Experience with Zendesk.
