Our team is passionate about harnessing the power of data to drive business growth, and we're seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Pack Trial and Error and Examination group. **Work Synopsis:** Our team is at the forefront of supporting the arenaflex Pack, which includes Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+ in a single platform. This drive is critical to the expansion of our real-time features in the US. We utilize data, statistical modeling, experimentation frameworks, and various tools to help our business clients make informed, data-driven decisions. We're committed to more deeply understanding Pack patterns, supporters, and customer behavior end-to-end by providing support across experimentation, analysis, and comprehensive reporting. In this role, the Full Stack Data Analyst will collaborate with Marketing, Product, Data Science, Data Operations, and other teams to not only provide high-visibility insights on Pack growth but also become a trusted thought partner to our colleagues, helping to drive process improvements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Collaborate closely with business leaders to identify the most pressing business challenges on Pack patterns and drivers and develop insightful solutions to address these questions * Help create a continuous experiences pipeline, ensuring that all colleagues have a steady stream of Pack intel * Perform comprehensive pattern analyses, assessing the contributions of drivers from every conceivable angle * Define and investigate audience segments to drive Pack growth * Work with other Analysis teams to understand and leverage all relevant Pack data from various sources, integrating insights into a cohesive, meaningful story * Develop and maintain complex data models, statistical analyses, and machine learning algorithms to drive business decisions * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions * Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders **Essential Capabilities:** * Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field of study, along with relevant work experience * Minimum of 3 years of hands-on analytical work experience with R/Python/SAS (or another statistical analysis tool) and SQL * Knowledge of statistical modeling, AI, and other quantitative methodologies, including but not limited to direct and indirect regression, hypothesis testing, data preparation for modeling, and segmentation techniques * Skill in managing large datasets, interpreting data patterns, and utilizing a multitude of different data sources and tools * Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, etc. * Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations * Excellent communication skills, including the ability to tell a story with data and to organize findings into actionable recommendations * Ability to think critically, analyze and interpret market and customer data * Familiarity with creating, executing, and analyzing complex A/B/MVT test builds **Preferred Capabilities:** * Experience in the streaming media industry or other membership-based services * Experience working with Advertising teams or in the Marketing space **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth, innovation, and collaboration.
